Aashayein - The management fest (27th & 28th February, 2011) organized by iFEEL included various Management quizzes, and competition, Outbound team competitions and Cultural events. Over 1000 students from 42 colleges participated and attended this fest.

iFEEL students designed Aashyien, their annual festival in a way that it becomes an experience of being in a Business School for undergraduate students to prepare for management courses and further studies and place for those already pursuing MBA to match wits.

Only three months old then, iFEEL students effectively organized and managed every aspect of the fest displaying excellent managerial and leadership qualities, considering it was a small team of 15 students managing a mammoth event for over 1000 students. Students from various colleges from Pune, Lonavala, Mumbai, and other parts of the state attended the festival on January 28 and 29. It is this culture of taking on responsibility and the attitude of putting learnings into action that is the hall mark of every iFEEL student, faculty and staff.
