3 iFEEL students selected for Young Ambassadors @ Africa Leads
Shruti Deshpande, Bhushan Sadaphule and Agnes Thomas, 3 students from the first year PGDM batch at iFEEL, were selected by the Young Ambassadors @ Africa Leads at in Stellenbosch, South Africa, held in November 2012. 80 students from all over the world were selected.
The program was designed to provide space for 80 ambassadors from all over the world to:
-
Learn and make globally responsible decisions
-
Promote knowledge of self for a better society
-
Think Systematically
The programme offered insights from the (Center for Creative Leadership) CCL Leadership Challenge initiative and the (Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative) GRLI GRID® framework, to develop individual and collective actions towards globally responsible leadership. The students also personally visited several locations as part of their Learning Journey. These locations were selected to support the theme of "Responsible Leadership for Africa and the World" as a phenomenon at individual, institutional and collective level.
