Goals of the Library

Provide access to print and digital resources such as books, journals, e-books and databases.
Maintain an updated and well-organized collection relevant to the PGDM programme.
Provide efficient library services through technology and automation.
Create a quiet, comfortable and supportive learning environment.
Develop information literacy and research skills among students and faculty.
Library Rules
- The Library shall be used primarily for academic, learning, teaching and research purposes.
- All students, faculty and staff must carry their valid Institute ID card while using the Library.
- Users shall maintain silence and discipline inside the Library.
- Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode; calls should not be made inside the Library.
- Users shall not disturb other readers through conversation, noise or any other activity.
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Library.
- Library furniture, computers, books and other equipment must be handled carefully.
- Users shall not write, underline, tear, fold or otherwise damage library books or other resources.
- Personal belongings should be kept in the designated area, wherever provided; the Library is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
- Users must follow the instructions of the Librarian / library staff.
- Library resources must not be removed from the Library without proper issue / permission.
- Users shall not misuse library computers, internet facilities, databases or other digital resources.
- Any damage or loss of library property must be reported immediately to the Librarian.
- Users must comply with copyright and licensing conditions while accessing electronic resources.
- The Librarian / Institute reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of violation of library rules.

Overdue Fine
Rs. 4 per book per day for the first 7 days of delay, thereafter Rs. 5 per book per day.
Loss or Damage of Books
Users must report loss or damage immediately to the Librarian and replace the book with the same/latest edition, wherever available. Where replacement is not possible, the Library/Institute may recover the cost as per applicable institutional policy.
Renewal
- Books may be renewed once, subject to availability and demand.
- Renewal will not be permitted if another user has reserved the book.
- The Librarian may restrict renewal of high-demand or required academic resources.
Reservation
- Users may request reservation of books that are currently issued to another user.
- Reserved books shall be issued to the requesting user according to availability and priority.
- The Library may specify a time limit for collecting a reserved book.
Library Clearance / No-Dues
All borrowed books and other library materials must be returned, and outstanding dues cleared, before issuance of Library No-Dues at completion of the programme, transfer, resignation, or whenever required by the Institute.
Working Hours of the Library
- Issue / return counters close 15 minutes before Library closing time.
During Examination Periods
The Library remains open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM during examination periods to support student preparation.
